Biography

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, I first realized my love of photography through my middle school's three year magnet program. I learned to develop and print my pictures, and also discovered that I had a talent for drawing.

Though I took a hiatus from my art interests in college to study biology at The University of Central Florida, there was always the underlying desire to get back to my creative outlets. After I made the move to New Orleans, I decided to get back to business. 

While I do miss the satisfaction of developing all of my own work, I have made the switch to digital. I now shoot with the Nikon D7000, and primarily use a 18-270mm lens. I have taken several photography and art classes at the New Orleans Academy of Fine Arts, where I also discovered a love of painting. 

I have extremely eclectic taste in art, so my subjects vary, depending on mood. Take a look around my site and enjoy!
